Shanghai is an ultra-modern, very industrialized city in many ways!  I don't know what all to say about it, so I'll probably just let you go to China and form your own opinion.  Shanghai is an amazing city though!

The Jade Buddha Temple was very interesting. There are 2 jade Buddhas that were very beautiful.  Unfortunately, I couldn't take pictures of one and decided not to take pictures of the other.  But the rest of the temple was very interesting and amazing as well!

    
Here's Nanjing Road, one of the most famous streets in China.  Shop 'til you drop, quite literally!

Then we went and saw the Shanghai acrobatic show.  It was fabulous!!!
